These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a valid and binding contract between you ("User") and naga26 ("Company", "we"). This Agreement governs the use of the naga26 website, including all content, services, games and functions available through it.

Acceptance of this Agreement occurs automatically when you: (a) complete the account registration process, (b) make your first deposit, or (c) use any game or service offered by naga26. This acceptance is complete and unconditional.

naga26 reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this website. The responsibility for monitoring updates rests with the user.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that your account password is kept secure and not shared with any other party. naga26 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

All activity carried out through your account, including all bets, deposits and withdrawals, is considered to have been performed by you. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our customer service immediately.

A naga26 account is personal and may not be transferred, sold or handed over to another individual under any circumstances.

naga26 supports a range of payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are fully supported with no additional charges from naga26.

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM50. The minimum withdrawal is also RM50. Withdrawal requests that meet the requirements will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

naga26 reserves the right to carry out additional identity checks before approving any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or under suspicious circumstances. All deposited funds must come from an account registered in your own name.

If fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions are detected, naga26 reserves the right to hold or cancel the relevant withdrawal while an investigation is carried out.

naga26 offers various promotions to registered players. Our welcome bonus gives a 100% match on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received.

Example wagering requirement calculation: if you deposit RM100, you receive a RM100 bonus, bringing your balance to RM200. You need to wager RM100 × 20 = RM2,000 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

General conditions for all naga26 bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, household or device.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.

naga26 will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using our services, including betting losses, unrealised profits or data loss.

naga26's maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted. naga26 makes no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or entirely free of errors.

naga26 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time without prior notice if any provision of this Agreement is breached.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Once an account is closed, all eligible balances will be returned to your original payment method, subject to the required security checks.

In cases where an account is closed due to fraud or a breach of terms, naga26 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance as damages.

naga26 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments will take effect as soon as the latest version is published on this website.

It is the user's responsibility to review this page regularly to ensure they remain compliant with the latest version of the Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the naga26 platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of those amendments.

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction under which naga26 operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration or the dispute resolution mechanism specified by our licensing authority.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
